Our Fair Board is a dedicated group of individuals who work tirelessly to ensure the success of our annual Fair and Rodeo. We value transparency and accountability, and that’s why we make our Fair Board meeting agendas and minutes available to the public. Here you can find information about upcoming meetings, view past meeting agendas, and access meeting minutes. We encourage all community members to attend our Fair Board meetings and to actively participate in the process of shaping the future of the Cassia County Fair and Rodeo. We currently meet at 7:00PM on the 2nd Tuesday and 4th Wednesday of every month at the Fairgrounds Office.
